The material particles and the hot air are fully touched, thus greatly reducing the energy consumption, abrasion between particles and dust entrainment.
The hot air of the chicken essence production line passes upward through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet materials. The wet air is discharged from the exhaust outlet after being dedusted by the cyclone separator, and the dry materials are discharged from the discharge outlet. The fully closed structure effectively avoids the interpenetrating infection between the materials and the outside air, and the working environment is clean.
