Fourth, the innovation and breeding technology system of dehydrated vegetables is backward, and the variety is single. At present, there are only more than 20 categories and more than 30 varieties of dehydrated vegetables, which is too narrow compared with thousands of vegetable varieties.
The fifth is that the processing standards and quality control system are not perfect. The quality and safety indicators such as pesticide residue and veterinary drug residue limit in the product standards are few, which are far from the actual needs of agricultural production and development, and cannot meet the needs of the people for consumption safety.
The sixth is that the policy support is not enough in terms of credit, tax, investment, etc. The national support policy for dehydrated vegetable processing industry is relatively small, affecting the enthusiasm of investors and the development of agricultural product processing industry.
